                                                              BCT garnered the "Gold Award" in the inaugural Equal Opportunity Employer Recognition Scheme organised by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC). Out of 160 companies and organisations that were honoured as Equal Opportunity Employers, we were among the 14 Gold Award winners for our remarkable achievements in gender equality, equality for diverse abilities, family status equality, and racial equality and inclusion at workplace.

Throughout the years, we have created an inclusive company culture for colleagues to grow with the company and shine, where differences are appreciated and everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.

                                                              Organised by the EOC for the very first time, the Scheme is a major highlight of the Commission's 25th anniversary programme, which aims to raise awareness of the benefits of equal opportunity employment policies and practices, and encourage more employers to adopt these policies. This year, the Scheme received an enthusiastic response, with a total of 420 applications from 192 organisations across a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
