There have been many discussions on early withdrawal of MPF assets on the grounds of "permanent departure from Hong Kong". It came to our attention that some fraudsters claimed they could help customers arrange withdrawal of MPF assets, thereby obtaining handling fee and requesting customers to sign on unknown documents in some cases.
