                                                              To safeguard the health of our customers and staff, and mitigate infection risks of the novel coronavirus, BCT Group carries out the following special business arrangement from 11 February 2020 (Tuesday) until further notice.

                                                              • The customer service counters in Sheung Wan office are closed
                                                              • The hotline services and office hours changes to 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday

                                                              During this period, customers are welcome to manage MPF matters and make enquiries through the following means:

                                                              We value your feedback and will be happy to discuss the matter with you in order to enhance the quality of our services. If you have any feedback, please contact us through any of the above channels. Our representative of the relevant department / Complaint Handling Officer (Manager of Customer Experience) will acknowledge receipt verbally or in writing within 2 working days. We endeavour to properly handle the matter within 7 working days upon receipt of it.
