What happens to my MPF benefits if my employer’s business is being wound up?

Mandatory contribution paid to MPF schemes will be fully and immediately vested as accrued benefits in the scheme members and kept by the custodian assigned by the trustee. Your MPF assets in any MPF scheme will not be affected by the closure of your employer’s business.
