                                                              What should I do if my employer has not paid me the severance payment or long service payment according to the Employment Ordinance?

                                                              You can submit the respective documents to the trustee to claim your rights for severance payment or long service payment according to the Employment Ordinance. Once the trustee has accepted the documents, you will be allowed to withdraw the portion of MPF assets derived from the employer’s contributions.
