                                                              I want to set up an employer account, what should I do?

                                                              To set up an employer account, please complete the following forms and return to us together with the relevant required documents:

                                                              1. Application Form – Employer [AP(ER)]
                                                              BCT (MPF) Pro Choice
                                                              BCT (MPF) Industry Choice
                                                              2. Industry Classification Form [IC-I(ALL)] (only apply for BCT (MPF) Industry Choice)
                                                              3. Copy(ies) of HKID card / passport of director(s) / principal(s)
                                                              4. Copy of Business Registration Certificate
                                                              5. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation of the Company (if applicable)
                                                              6. Copy(ies) of HKID card / passport of authorized signatory(ies) (if applicable)
