                                                              I am self-employed and receive a statement from BCT around October and November every year to report my relevant income and contribution basis for the next year. What will BCT do if I do not respond?

                                                              Self-employed persons need to inform BCT of their relevant income and contribution basis for the next financial period at least 30 days before the end of each financial period. If you do not respond within the required deadline, your relevant income and contribution basis (i.e. monthly basis or yearly basis) will remain the same as that of the current period.
