You may login member website / mobile app to check your account information, such as “Account Details”, “Account Balance”, “Gain/ Loss”, etc.
You may also register SMS Notification Service to receive your account balance via SMS every month to manage your MPF account with ease. This service is free of charge. To apply, you may:
• Login BCT member website/mobile app, select “My BCT” under “Main Menu”, and select the option in “E-Services Setting” to opt in “SMS Notification Service”; or
• Complete the form [SMS(MEM)] and return to us by fax or by post; or
• Contact our Member Hotline directly at 2298 9333 (Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, except public holidays)
