If you forget the PIN, you can reset a new PIN (the PIN is a combination of 8 digits) by using a verification code via SMS or email. Afterwards, you can login BCT member website, mobile app and IVRS to check your account information at any time.

Besides, BCT has already launched “Two-factor Authentication”, apart from using PIN, you may select using “Biometric Factor” to login via our mobile app "BCT MPF". After the “Biometric Factor” is registered successfully, you may use your own unique fingerprint or face recognition to login your account, which is faster, safer and more convenient.
(Note: Mobile device with fingerprint or facial recognition is required, in addition, facial recognition is supported by certain models of mobile device under iOS system.)
