                                                              [SVC] How to apply for SVC account?

                                                              You may submit the account application by:
                                                              • Contact our MPF Experts at 2298 9888 (Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, except public holidays); or
                                                              • Complete the Application Form [AP(SVC)-MT](For BCT (MPF) Pro Choice) or [AP(SVC)-IS](For BCT (MPF) Industry Choice) and submit together with a copy of your HKID / Passport to us by post.
