                                                              Special Postal Arrangement Make Contributions Electronically

                                                              In light of the development of COVID-19, Hongkong Post has announced special arrangement for postal services from 20 to 26 July, including post offices are suspended from service and mail delivery service is provided twice a week. (Please refer to Hongkong Post website for details). BCT's Designated Banks have also announced closure of certain branches or temporarily changed the business hours.

                                                              1. Make MPF Contribution Electronically

                                                              To avoid delay in making MPF contributions due to the above special arrangements, we encourage you to use electronic channels to report and make contributions, which is a more secured and convenient option.

                                                              • Submit Remittance Statement electronically through "BCT Employer Website"
                                                              • Make MPF payment via electronic channels, such as eCheque and PPS

                                                              If you need to recover the PIN for Employer Website, please complete the PIN Re-generation Request Form (For Participating Employer) and fax it to 2992 0507 or send it to our office. We will re-generate the PIN and send it to you.

                                                              2. What can you do if you are using "Autobill" service?

                                                              The "Autobill" for preparing the remittance statement may not be delivered in time due to the above special postal arrangement. To avoid delay in making contributions, you can consider using the following means to prepare the statement:

                                                              i. Modify the "Autobill" of the last or previous month, sign and return to the Designated Banks or fax to 2992 0507; or
                                                              ii. Prepare the remittance statement by using the template in the following link, and return to the Designated Banks or fax to 2992 0507; or
                                                              BCT (MPF) Pro Choice – Remittance Statement
                                                              BCT (MPF) Industry Choice – Remittance Statement (For Regular Employee Only)
                                                              iii. Via "BCT Employer Website" or online contribution system "C-online"

                                                              3. Business Hours of Designated Banks and BCT CS Counters

                                                              You can click here to find out other MPF Contribution Authorized Channels. Please note the direct deposit and cheque drop-in box services at the Designated Banks may be affected during this period. Kindly check with the banks directly or visit their websites with links provided below for the latest arrangements. Please also note the customer service counters at BCT's office in Sheung Wan has been temporarily closed until further notice.
